Loggerhead Club & Marina opens another facility in Jupiter Florida

The new Loggerhead Club & Marina – Jupiter, formerly known as Jonathan’s Landing Marina, is located within the upscale, residential community of Jonathan’s Landing, and nestled in a storm-protected harbor that is just a short cruise to the Jupiter Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean.

With the addition of the new Loggerhead Club & Marina – Jupiter, there are now 12 luxury marinas, with more than 3,000 slips open to the public in the Loggerhead Club & Marina collection. The marinas are located on Florida’s East Coast from Miami, north to Daytona Beach, and St. Petersburg on the West Coast. Palm Beach County boasts six Loggerhead Club & Marina facilities, ideally located in Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach, Lantana, South Lantana, and Lake Okeechobee.

This franchising of marinas is a fascinating idea.  After the 2004 hurricanes of Frances and Jean, and the 2005 storm, Wilma, the marina and boat slip busines was in terrible shape.  Many of the older slips were destroyed and the prices of the remaining slips went through the roof.

Is Coastal Floridaa great place to live?  You bet it is!
