There is a central boulevard that connects Indian Creek Parkway with Toney Penna Drive and runs like a main spine through the community. That's the same Toney Penna of golf club fame because his factory was located just east of where Paseos is located. The side streets branch off the main one much like ribs.
One of the big attractions is the liberal use of open, green spaces, lakes and preserve areas.
