When foreclosure strikes...or where did the kitchen go?

One of the problems facing homes which get disposed of through foreclosure and auction is the vandalism or theft which can occur.  Many times the new owner doesn't care since they are getting the property at a low price.

Take a look at this Jupiter Farms home which was disposed of through auction for $ 85,000.  Since it is in Jupiter Farms, the lot is probably 1.25 acres.
Here's another shot of what was once the dining room.
This home still have the switch plate covers.  I have been in houses where everthing that humans could pick up or drag out is gone....EVERYTHING.  Some lenders are paying people who are heading into foreclosure cash NOT to steal or vandalize.  You can follow the Jupiter & Tequesta real estate market at my website:  http://www.coastalfloridarealestate.net/.  Be sure and send along to your friends too!
