Jupiter Real Estate and Lifestyle: Jupiter Florida-Home Sales

In April there were 119 sales in Jupiter & Tequesta which is up from 2008. With the First Time Home Buyer program and low interest rates are helping fuel this rise.

In May, we saw another rise in sales. There were 139 for an increase of about 17%. I just listed a home in Paseos and it has a contract and a back up in 5 days.
