Jupiter Country Club is a Toll Brothers community on the western side of the Town of Jupiter. Located near the Florida Turnpike and I-95, the community is built on the typical TB theme of a golf course being the main anchor. In this case, Greg Norman (also a Jupiter Island resident until his $ 47.5 million dollar home sells) designed the course. I think he has done others for Toll Brothers Country Clubs.Anyone visiting Frenchman's Reserve in Palm Beach Gardens and the Jupiter Country Club will immediately see the similarities. The golf course has 15 holes on the south side of Indiantown Road then you pass through a tunnel to reach the other 3 and the driving range.
On the west side of the development is Palm Beach County's Riverbend Park. You can find out more about this 750 acre park by visiting other posts on this blog. Unfortunately for TB, Jupiter Country Club came online right at the top of the market. Fortunately for buyers, there are great deals out there.
