Recent sale in Frenchman's ReserveThis 5,500 sq. ft. house just sold in Frenchman's Reserve, an upscale, Toll Brothers development located just south of Jupiter in Palm Beach Gardens.
The house was originally listed at $ 1,799,000 in June of 2007. During the nearly 2 years it was on the market, the price was raised and lowered several times and rented.
It wasn't until the price got down to $ 1,299,000 that a buyer was found.
