Old Florida. This a phrase that brings to mind a time when all the waterfront wasn't taken up by private interests. Luckily, here in Jupiter, wise planning kept our beaches open. They are wide, clean and free. And best of all you can bring your family dog as long as they are on voice control. If they behave, they are free to run free. And for some reason, dogs seem to know that there is no "territorial stuff" allowed and they play freely.
Just a little back from the beach is the Intracoastal Waterway. This section of waterfront has some natural areas along the eastern side, along the Jupiter Yacht Club. Across on the western side you have Jonathan's Landing, Admirals Cove and Water's Edge estates. Here homes are priced in the mid-$ 2 million range. But the Town of Jupiter came up with a plan to save the remaining waterfront for the public and have begun the Riverwalk project as part of the integration of the remaining spaces into a cohesive, planned development. I'm always on the lookout for great videos about our fabulous town. And there are plenty to choose from! We have one of the finest Coastal Florida lifestyles to be found along the SE Florida coast. Actually, anywhere in the peninsula part of the state. The Panhandle area is a completely different lifestyle, more like Alabama with miles of sugar sand beaches and plenty of pinewoods.

Trump National Golf Club Jupiter brings in Jim McLean
Jim McLean, the #3 rated golf instructor in the world, has opened his third teaching facility at the new Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter. This choice location, next to The Bear's Club, offers the elite patrons a chance to take instruction from one of the game's best. Of course, the McLean connection goes back to Doral, which Trump purchased and is the process of completely renovating.
Work began there immediately after the PGA Tour played the Blue Monster last year. And I was in the resort on business in the spring and found the Trump touch everywhere breathing new life into an otherwise stale facility.

The Trump facility in Jupiter is the former Ritz-Carlton and sits among other notable clubs like Admirals Cove, Frenchman's Creek and Old Marsh. Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter are noted for their outstanding golf venues. That's also why so many PGA and LPGA pros call this area home. Keegan Bradley, a McLean student, lives nearby and is expected at the Honda Classic this March.

Jupiter Farms, a quality lifestyle
Jupiter Farms has a remarkable quality of life considering it is located in the largest county in Florida and just a few miles from the beach.
