Rickie Fowler's home town fighting wildfires

Jupiter resident and professional golfer Rickie Fowler is finding Jupiter suits him just fine.  Recently a friend of mine crossed paths with him buying a smoothie and snapped this picture.

But last night I heard on the news that his home town of Murrieta, CA is being threatened with wildfires.

Murrieta is located on the eastern side of the mountains that separate San Clemente and other exclusive, coastal enclaves from the desert.  He grew up playing golf in the same climate as Palm Springs.

So here in Jupiter Rickie joins other friends from the PGA Tour like Tiger, Mark Calcavecchia, Steve Marino among others.  And wildfires and mudslides are not something he will have to worry about.
