As beach-goers drive along the famous beach road in Jupiter, they pass the only building directly on the ocean in Jupiter.  This is the Jupiter Reef Club.

Originally a bar called "The Ranch", the Reef Club is a time share facility with pool and outdoor dining right on the beach.  Here are a couple of shots taken out on the deck which extends all the way to the high tide line on the beach.

You can buy a unit here for a specific period of time each year, but enjoy the facility year round. This means if you buy a house in Jupiter or Tequesta but would like to have your own private facility on the ocean, you can pick up a 1 bedroom for around $ 6,000.  It is one of the best deals in the area!
