Waterbend in Jonathan's Landing, lakefront condos

Jonathan's Landing is an upscale Jupiter country club located on the Intracoastal Waterway about a mile from the ocean.  Here residents can enjoy any of the three golf courses, ten tennis courts, two clubhouses and fitness center.

There are slightly more than 1,200 homes in Jonathan's Landing and they offer condos, townhouses, single family homes and waterfront estates.  One of the largest condo communities is Waterbend.

Waterbend consists of 152 first and second story condos with views of freshwater lakes or the Village golf course.  There are 4 different floor plans ranging from 1,412 square feet to nearly 1,900.  Each unit has a screened porch, covered golf cart storage, one car garage and a community pool located right on a lake.
